HumanOS was scaling fast — a growing app blending live coaching, habit tracking and content — and the team needed extra engineering capacity to ship new features and keep quality high without slowing down.

what we built

We embedded one of our engineers directly into the HumanOS team — building new features and fixing bugs inside their codebase, working to their roadmap and standards rather than as a black-box hand-off.
