What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. No dark patterns, no tracking cookies, no reselling your details.
Who we are
Creotech is a senior MVP studio in Sofia, Bulgaria. The data controller for everything described here is CreoTech Group Ltd., registered at Dunav 55 Str., Sofia, Bulgaria — company no. What we collect, and why
We only ever collect what you hand us through a form on this site. We don’t buy data, and we don’t track you across the web.
- Scoping tool (on pricing) — the tool works anonymously; generating a scope needs no email. Only if you ask us to email it do we take your email address, to send the scope PDF and follow up once (see § 04).
- Contact form — your name, work email, a line about your project, and your estimated tier. Used to read your enquiry and reply.
- Booking a call — your name, work email, an optional note, and the time you pick. Used to put the call on the calendar and send you the invite.
- Build Partner audit — your name, work email, product name, repo or live URL, current stack, team size, and your focus for the quarter. Used to prepare for and reply to your request.
Why we’re allowed to
Under the GDPR we rely on two grounds: your consent — when you opt in to receive your scope by email, which you can withdraw at any time — and our legitimate interestin replying to an enquiry and taking the steps you’ve asked for ahead of a possible contract.
The one follow-up
If you give us your email to receive a scope, we send exactly one follow-up a few days later — never more. Reply or ignore it; either way, that’s the end of it. We don’t run marketing automation or drip campaigns.
Who else touches it
We keep the list of third parties short, and here it is in full:
- Resend — sends our emails (your scope, our replies, your booking invite).
- Google — Calendar creates your booking and its video link; Sheets is where scope-capture records are stored.
- Vercel — hosts this site and provides our cookieless analytics (see § 06).
Some of these providers operate outside the EU/EEA. Where your data is transferred abroad, that transfer relies on the standard contractual safeguards those providers commit to. We never sell your data, to anyone, ever.
Cookies & analytics
We set no tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless: it counts visits in aggregate without storing anything on your device or identifying you personally. That’s why you won’t see a cookie-consent banner here — there’s nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking details are kept while we’re in touch and for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Scope-capture records are kept for 24 months from capture, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (§ 08).
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, export it, or stop using it — the full set of GDPR rights. Email office@creo-tech.coand we’ll action it; no forms, no friction.
Complaints
If you think we’ve mishandled your data and we haven’t put it right, you can complain to the Bulgarian supervisory authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) — cpdp.bg.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top. Last updated 9 June 2026.
