process

How your MVP actually gets built.

The same proven process behind every product we ship — predictable, on time, no surprises.

the discovery phase
scope locked
before week 1

The scope is finished before the clock starts.

By the time we sign, you hold one document covering every screen, every feature, every integration, and every “what if” from our calls. Nothing on it changes without a written swap. That’s how we hold a fixed price for the whole build, without an argument in week three.

  • Scope doc: every screen, every feature, every integration — plus a clear out-of-scope list.
  • Tools chosen for the job — the same modern foundations the best products run on.
  • Milestones set to fixed dates: kickoff, midpoint, launch — on the calendar before day one.
  • A direct line to the people building it — open communication, no layers in between.
the core build · week by week

Week by week, in the order it actually happens.

A six-week Core project, beat by beat. Launch compresses it, Scale expands it — the order never changes.

week 01

Foundation

  • The foundations your product runs on — accounts, sign-in, security, and the setup you’ll never think about.
  • Your design system and first real screens take shape.
  • By day 5, you can open it and click through it yourself.
deliver: a version you can click through
week 02

The main flow, end to end

  • Your product’s primary journey works start to finish — the path your users actually take.
  • One flow, built properly. It’s the spine the rest hangs on.
  • A demo whenever you want one — we can run one every week.
deliver: the main flow, working
week 03

Build sprint

  • The rest of your features land — supporting flows, different user types, the edge cases.
  • Payments, email, and any other integrations your product needs, wired in.
  • Midpoint — and right on the date we set on day one.
deliver: every feature in place
week 04

Working product

  • Everything connects — it works as one product, not a pile of parts.
  • Filled with real content and real-world cases, not placeholder text.
  • You start using it for real — putting it through the tasks it’ll handle once live.
deliver: a working product, ready to test
week 05

Polish

  • Every screen handled with care — including the empty, loading, and error moments, not just the obvious ones.
  • A speed pass and a detail pass — fast, smooth, right down to the small stuff.
  • Analytics in place, so you can see how people really use it from day one.
deliver: launch-grade build
week 06

Launch + handover

  • We get it live — web, App Store, Google Play, wherever your product belongs.
  • A clean handover: the product and everything behind it is yours, documented and ready.
  • 30 days of post-launch support, starting the day you go live.
deliver: live, in users’ hands
a note on scope changes

Plans change. We’ll make room.

New asks after signing don’t move the date. They get swapped in or scheduled for v2 — your choice, on the call when you raise them.

Want something we didn’t scope? We quote it as a swap — drop something of similar scope, keep the timeline — or as a v2 item to ship after launch.

The one thing we won’t do is quietly slide it in and risk the date. New scope is a decision we make together — out in the open, never a surprise.

proof, not promises

See what this process actually shipped.

Real products, live and in users’ hands — every one built this way, on the date we agreed.
